- Ongoing Market Rates Reviews – Reviews of rates must be taken into consideration in reference to the desired Cargo and available capacity to onward destinations. A discussion of rate adjustments and frequency of reviews is essential.
- Periodic Statistical Export Information – Once target destinations are determined, export volume statistics are available to identify those commodities exported by country pairs.
- Ongoing Operational Feedback – Operational feedback relating to cargo terminal and ramp operations changes are provided as a means of reducing operations costs at all ports.
- Positive / Negative Feedback from Customers & Suppliers
– In an effort to ensure ongoing communication is maintained, customer / supplier feedback is provided.
- Promotional Program Development – Promotional materials and programs are vital to ongoing support and customer service awareness.
