Operations

• ULD Control – Pallet and container control is often left to the Cargo Terminal Operator (CTO) to manage. We will coordinate this control with the CTO and ensure that all equipment is accounted.
• Load/Capacity Control – An add-on service that we automatically provide allows us to link the sales process with the capacity issues that may arise depending on many operational variables.
• Pallet Build Up Strategy – Prior to cargo cut off time, the CTO receives a pallet build up plan sheet. This information pre-allocates space on each ULD for the various shippers on the flight.
• Pallet Build Up Supervision – At cargo build up time, a trained, experienced staff member supervises the physical ULD loading.
• Flight Departure Attendance – At time of flight departure gate activities, a staff member supervises the aircraft ULD handling.
• Supplier Relations – Relations with the cargo Terminal and Ramp Operators are critical to our success. This has been achieved through selective employment of an experienced, well known, operations staff.
• Dangerous Goods Certification – We are already D.G. certified and will add more staff certification depending on commodities carried and cities served.
• Security Procedure Certified – We comply with security procedures required by companies handling or accepting cargo.
• Seven Days Per Week Availability – Regardless of day or time of operations, on duty staff are available to respond to various inquiries.
• Sales Feedback – While in attendance at various cargo terminals, it is the responsibility of operations staff to provide sales feedback regarding other airlines’ cargo movements, especially those of competitors.
