  • Customer Relations – Direct contact is maintained with all freight forwarders.
  • Established Relations – Freight forwarders in principal cities are serviced on an ongoing basis. Remote cities are controlled through the main state offices.
  • Availability Seven Days Per Week – The office and telephones are staffed daily. After normal industry hours the phones are diverted to a duty manager.
  • Continuously Updated Rate Sheets – Rates are volatile, consequently the traditional quarterly or annual updates are not sufficient.
  • Sales Intelligence Collected – Competitor rate sheets, activities and market plans are sought after continuously and reported.
  • Attendance at Industry Functions – Maintaining a market presence commands attendance at functions, particularly those associated with the various air cargo organizations.
  • Telephone Inquiries Answered – Staff is trained on an ongoing basis to deal with various inquiries and to develop these into phone sales or sale leads.
  • Special Commodity Sales & Promotion – Personal effects, excess luggage, express mail, human remains and pets are commodities we are set up to deal with directly.
  • Sales Visit Reports – These reports can be forwarded on a regular basis or on request.
  • Promote Higher Yield Destinations – A complete assessment of potential volumes and yields will be conducted.
  • Yield Improvement Through Space Management – Each shipment is assessed on its yield merit and transported accordingly.
